Tarzan — Lead Stage Tech

The lead stage technician is essentially the technical stage manager (when they come in for show only). The musical is fun, and the cast seemed to enjoy destroying their knees. It was a rough one with new challenges to overcome. However, we got through it with success.
The Little Mermaid — Lead Stage Tech

The lead stage technician is essentially the technical stage manager (when they come in for show only). I also had a fun time creating corkboard pins for the main characters, one per show. The Ariel one even lit up! Also, I usually wear a mask backstage for germy purposes.
Matilda the Musical — Lead Stage Tech

The lead stage technician is essentially the technical stage manager (when they come in for show only). So much paint. A fight about table placement. Drunk audience members heckling the child actors. But otherwise, it was a great show and a fun time.
Evil Dead the Musical — Stage Tech, Production Stage Manager, ‘Ghost’

This was another case of ‘lots of hats’. After the director got Covid, it was a battle of power amongst the rest of the production team, the actors, and the operational management. But I wouldn’t change that cast for anything. Plus we had a splash zone, so that made it worth it.
Shoemaker’s Holiday — Makeup Artist

See all those handsome beards? Yep. That was my job: facial hair.
The Mikado — Set Builder, Backstage Hand, Rigging

I helped build and paint that set (specifically the bridge and the wing banners). I also worked backstage throughout the whole show, doing whatever was needed. It ranged from finding props to opening doors to helping with the lift that brought the Mikado on.
